Nurture Physical Therapy is out-of-network with all insurance providers. This allows us to provide the highest level of care for you. We accept payment in the form of HSA (+3% processing fee), venmo, check, or cash at time of service.
Upon request, we will provide a superbill which allows you to apply for reimbursement through your insurance. If you would like to know your insurance providers out of network reimbursement, call your insurance provider and ask about “out-of-network physical therapy.”

An internal assessment allows us to assess the muscles of the pelvic floor. This assessment is completed with a single gloved and lubricated finger, no speculum necessary. For most women this is very comfortable and they report feeling mild pressure.
You always have the option to decline an internal pelvic examination. You are in complete control, and it is totally okay if you would like to stop an internal examination. There are a lot of great and very important things that we will do externally. We can discuss this further during our session, but know that you will not be pressured to complete an internal pelvic floor examination.
